Printable foot measure

Print on A4 or Letter at 100%. Check the 10 cm bar with a ruler before you measure.

How to use it

  1. In the print dialog, set the scale to 100% or Actual size, and turn off "Fit to page".
  2. Measure the 10 cm bar with a ruler. If it is not 10 cm, the print is scaled and the reading will be wrong.
  3. Put the sheet against a wall or on the floor with the heavy line at your heel. Stand with your weight on the foot, and mark your longest toe.
  4. Read the number, measure both feet, and use the longer foot.
  5. Enter the length in the foot length converter.

The first sheet covers 0–24 cm. For longer feet, use the second sheet, which starts at 20 cm: place its heavy line at the 20 cm mark of the first sheet, or start your heel at that line and add 20 to the reading. On screen the scale depends on your display, so do not measure against the screen.
