adidas publishes one combined men's and women's footwear table. 'CM' and 'Inches' are adidas's 'Heel-toe (cm)' and 'Heel-toe (INCH)' rows (units removed); adidas says to measure from the tip of the big toe to the outermost part of the heel. JP is printed in millimetres (e.g. 220). adidas prints '--' for US Women and JP above US Men 14.5; left empty here. The UK-English version of this file (en_GB) has the same values without the JP row.

adidas's charts give these lengths — Men's and women's footwear: CM: measured foot length · JP: size in cm; Babies & toddlers (age 0-3), Children (age 4-7), Youth & teens (age 8-16): CM: measured foot length. A measured foot length and a size in cm are about 8 mm apart for the same size, so compare your own foot length only with a column on the same scale.
Does the official chart tell me how a adidas shoe will fit?
Only in part. The chart gives the length each size is meant for; how a particular model fits also depends on its last, width and materials, which the chart does not show. adidas itself advises: If between sizes, go one size down for a tight fit or one size up for a loose fit.
