How to report an error, what we change, and the 10 values we have flagged in official charts.
Report an error
Write to 1119224220zl@gmail.com with the brand, the size and, if you can, the official page that shows the right value.
What happens next
- We compare the value with the brand's official page.
- If our copy is wrong, we correct it and list the change on the changes page.
- If the brand's page differs from what you see on a shoe or at a retailer, the official page stays: this site records what brands publish.
- If the official page can no longer be read, the chart stays with its read date and the gap is noted on the brand page.
When an official chart looks wrong
An evident misprint in a brand's own chart is not silently fixed. A corrected cell shows what was printed. A length that does not fit the rest of its chart is kept as printed and left out of matching.
