The brand's Width & Fit Guide lists, for standard sizes 6–16, a Wide (2E) measurement from 10.1 to 12.2 cm and an Extra Wide (4E) measurement from 10.4 to 12.5 cm. It says many standard-width styles already have an accommodating fit because of the hands-free toe box.

- The only Kizik-named app found (KIZIK 키직) is published by a Korean distributor, not the brand, so no app is listed.
- Origin from the Lindon, Utah postal address in the privacy policy.
- The adult and kids' charts do not say whether the length columns are foot or shoe length.
- The width guide gives one Wide and one Extra Wide measurement per size without saying whether it is the foot or the shoe width, or whether the sizes are men's or women's.
Questions
Which length does Kizik's size chart list?
Kizik's charts give these lengths — CM: size in cm. A measured foot length and a size in cm are about 8 mm apart for the same size, so compare your own foot length only with a column on the same scale.
Does the official chart tell me how a Kizik shoe will fit?
Only in part. The chart gives the length each size is meant for; how a particular model fits also depends on its last, width and materials, which the chart does not show. Kizik itself advises: Kizik says its shoes are tested to fit true to industry-standard sizing. If you usually need a wide fit, start with Wide (2E); for the most forefoot room, or very high arches or insteps, choose Extra Wide (4E). If you are between standard and wide, try a Wide (2E) style in your regular size; thin socks give a slightly less snug fit.
When should I not compare Kizik sizes with another brand?
When the two charts list different lengths.
